🇬🇧 UK Deliveries

Dispatch: Orders placed before 5 pm (Monday – Friday) are usually dispatched within 1 working day.
Delivery Time: Typical delivery is 2 – 3 working days across the UK mainland.
Delivery Costs: Standard UK mainland delivery rates apply. Additional surcharges may apply for Highlands, Islands, and other remote locations.
Tracking: Tracking details will be provided by email or SMS whenever available.

All orders are shipped securely from our UK distribution partners to ensure prompt and reliable service.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Return Window: Unused and unmounted tyres may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Authorisation: Please contact us first at pwteuropeltd@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) before sending items back.
Condition: Returned items must be in their original, resaleable condition. Tyres that have been fitted, used, or damaged cannot be accepted.
Packaging: Please pack all tyres securely to prevent damage during return transit.
Refunds: Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 – 5 working days.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Include your order number and clear photographs so our team can resolve the issue quickly.
